The use of deep and recurrent neural network algorithms through a partnership with transcription technology pioneer, Speechmatics, means Red Box Recorders has pushed the boundaries of what was previously possible in speech recognition quality, constantly learning and improving. The new facility boasts unprecedented accuracy across all 28 languages supported which include English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Russian, with further being added over the coming months.
Transcribed audio, including metadata, can be uploaded into a data warehouse or analytics engine to provide additional value such as surveillance, audit or quality analysis. The service’s competitive pricing makes it accessible to businesses of any size, opening up the technology to the many organisations that can benefit from this valuable data.
