Formerly a store manager in retail telecoms, Steve recently moved in to the B2B marketplace and was introduced to MOH (Music/Messaging on Hold). The undeniable value to business of having professionally voiced bespoke messages backed by brand congruent music was a huge selling point for Steve. Coupled with the ability to change or update such messages effortlessly and he saw a great justification for selling this solution as a service. Steve spends his time supporting Manchester United in between holidays abroad and music festivals, he also finds time to play football and cricket.
Audio Productions was established in 2002 as a purely end user focused production company and still has a solid client base today which has grown steadily in the fifteen years following. After the decade in which cloud communications were introduced to the market it became clear to the founders that providing the service under a white label, for the growing number of telecoms dealers, was a fantastic opportunity to increase adoption and allow end users to get a fully unified call handling solution in one place. More recently, and with a view to offering more support, they were looking for a Channel Partner Manager to grow and manage that reseller network and fortunately Steve was available so duly joined the team in Hazel Grove, Stockport.
As Channel Reseller Manager Steve reaches out to key decision makers at prospective Unified Communications providers to highlight the business case for adding Audpro’s white labelled MOH service to their portfolio. He also manages the setup of their partners’ branded order portal, marketing material and training of sales consultants. You may see Steve demonstrating the portal’s features or presenting the benefits of having MOH at industry events such as Channel Live in September.
